Contest Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

2. How to participate: Fully complete and submit the digital ballot. You must provide all necessary information in order for your entry to be valid.

3. Eligibility: This contest is open to all residents of Canada, with the exception of residents of Quebec. All current and former employees of Merchandise Mart Properties Canada Inc. or its affiliated companies are NOT ELIGIBLE. This contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations.

4. Prize: 10 winners will receive one pair of Weekend Tickets (2 tickets) for the 2010 Interior Design Show (January 21-24, 2010). The prize is non transferable. The prize has no cash surrender value and must be accepted as awarded.

5. Expiration and Draw: This contest will run from September 3, 2009 – January 15, 2010. Ten winners will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries, by the staff of Merchandise Mart Properties Canada Inc., at the head office of Merchandise Mart Properties Canada Inc., Toronto, Ontario. The chances of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Rules of participation: Maximum of one entry per person/ per household. If it is discovered during the ordinary course of the contest that a person entered more than once, that person will be disqualified.

7. Notification: The prizewinner will be notified via e-mail. If a contestant does not respond within two (2) days of notification, or does not meet all of the contest conditions, another entry will be randomly selected from all remaining entries. A skill testing question must be answered.

8. Conditions:
All entry forms become the property of Merchandise Mart Properties Canada Inc. and will not be returned. Merchandise Mart Properties Canada Inc. assumes no responsibility for lost, late or misdirected entries or any software, hardware, network or other failures or malfunctions that interfere with the proper conduct of the contest. In order to win entrant must first have complied with contest rules, completed and correctly answered a time limited mathematical skill testing question during a pre-arranged mutually convenient telephone call, and signed a standard declaration releasing Merchandise Mart Properties Canada Inc. from any liability arising from the acceptance of the prize as awarded and compliance with contest rules. If the winner is under the age of majority, his/her parent or legal guardian must sign the standard declaration and/or release on his/her behalf.

By entering the contest each entrant, or his/her parent(s)/ legal guardian(s) if under the age of majority, agrees to be bound by these rules, and if such entrant is a prize winner, also consents to the use of their name, city of residence, likeness and/or photograph without payment or compensation in any publicity or advertising in any medium carried out by Merchandise Mart Properties Canada Inc. and agrees to sign an assignment and waiver to this effect.
