Participation is open to businesses that represent, promote or sell a design product or service. All applications are reviewed for compatibility, quality and appropriateness. Each new applicant is also required to present a proposed booth design, which is similarly reviewed.

Main exhibit floor space is raw and available by the square foot at $36 CDN/square foot, plus HST. Please contact us for currency conversion.

It is mandatory that exhibitors with booths 100 sq. ft. or less purchase white hard walls. Please see application for pricing.

The Studio North and Prototype sections are promoted as one of the highlights of IDS. They are hosted in a gallery-like space on the show floor, presenting independent design at its best.

Jury dates for IDS16 to be announced soon.

Participation in Studio North and Prototype includes the opportunity to have your work reviewed by a panel of international design leaders like Tom Dixon, Eero Koivisto, Arne Quinze and Patricia Urquiola, among others, as well as editors from top design publications around the world.

There is no other marketing opportunity in Canada that provides emerging designers and independent studios with such a high-profile platform to network with potential clients, manufacturers, trade professionals, buyers and media.
