Noam Hazan Design Studio - Blokk

Conceived as a tech company, BLOKK is a disruptive, alternative dwelling concept addressing Toronto’s housing crisis. Architect + Designer Noam Hazan, in collaboration with Juniper Development Group, has designed a modular system for affordable garden suites and laneway houses. 
Just like purchasing a Tesla, homeowners can purchase, customize and finance a dwelling through the BLOKK.ca website. They can purchase BLOKK as a flat-packed kit (with detailed, Ikea-like instructions) or have it built for them by the BLOKK team. Through a combination of municipal grants and innovative financing, BLOKK helps homeowners build and generate income with little or no personal investment.
